Wow, you amaze me! Your kids are doing so well.. great job :o) We waited until Anya was ready for the potty as well and it was so worth it! At 32 months she decided it was her thing and basically trained herself in a day or two. She is also in a crib and I don't mind waiting until 3 to change that. :)
