Monday was a Good day! Started off with my fabulous Mom coming over to take care of Caroline and I. I am ever so thankful for her time, each and every time she is here!! Whether she is here to feed Caroline, do some laundry, dishes in the sink, feed me lunch, or just plain old company - I appreciate her every step of the way!
Then the mail came with a package for Caroline from GG Pat (Scott paternal grandmother). It was a sweet (literally) Easter package with a few small tokens in it, that you know were put together with love! Its so hard and sad to have some of our family across the country, but its the little things like an Easter care package that mean the world to us.
And another knock at the door .. and it was the UPS man with a package for me!! Yea! It was a gift card to Amazon.com from my dearest Abby Jane (my college roommate). What a sweet, kind, and VERY generous gift! It really made my day! Matter of fact, Scott is wearing the "Abby Kerr Pub Crawl" shirt from her 21st bithday in Phoenix - in her honor tonight :-)
Finally, the night is topped off with a few neighbors coming over to share in my bed rest time by watching a movie on the big screen. It is so incredibly nice of them to come just to spend time with me and keep my company. We are already looking forward to the next movie night! Hot fudge sundays or fresh homemade popcorn??? and what will be the pick for the next chick flick?
Tomorrow I have my local OB appt with one of my favorite Docs, Meli Martinez! Im interested to see her again becuase its been a long time since Ive been able to visit ith her, as we have been going biweekly to the MFM in Boston at Brigham and Womans. Meli wants to see me on a monthly basis just as an additional check-in so that she can stay in the loop in case anything happens in an emergency situation.
Thats about all I have for a status update today ... I will check in tomorrow or Wednesday as I have a bunch of super cute photos to share of Caroline in her Easter dress playing with some baby bunnies!! Wait for it, wait for it ...
